Description

ETJ electric violins are designed and handmade by Eric Jacquin in Monteux, France. The lightweight wooden design is attractive, lightweight, and easy to play. A neck-thru body construction adds sustain and complexity to the sound. The high quality flamed maple wood is not only attractive but adds incredible brightness and shimmering high end tone. With this violin you’ll want to roll off your treble a bit to lay in a mix, then open it up wide when you’re ready to cut through with a solo!

Truly a handmade instrument, this ETJ is carved out of a single piece of wood and carefully hand varnished in a multi-day process. The result is an organic and very light design that produces a natural sound, rich in harmonics. This instrument’s versatile tone suits players of traditional acoustic-styles, but the brightness and wealth of high overtones in its signal shine out through all types of effects processing.
