Description
The Schatten bridge pickup is a great natural-sounding pickup for acoustic or solid-body electric violin — this bridge is standard on a number of electric violin makers’ instruments. This model comes with a clamp-on 1/4″ jack with a built-in volume control.
The Schatten V-03 Pro bridge pickup uses a proprietary single piezoelectric sensor built into a quality Despiau B bridge. It delivers a strong, natural tone.
The CJAplus jack allows you to control the volume of your instrument using a thumbwheel volume control at the rear of the jack assembly
Using the same hardware found on a violin chinrest, the jack assembly attaches to your instrument securely without damage. The jack assembly takes a standard 1/4″ plug so that you can use a normal instrument cable.
Specifications:
The CJAplus jack assembly will fit all violins 4/4, 3/4 sizes and all violas. The jack assembly will fit instruments from 1 5/16″ (33.4mm) thick to 2 1/8″ (54mm) thick.
