Description

ETJ electric violins are designed and handmade by Eric Jacquin in Monteux, France. The MZ model’s unique, lightweight wooden design is attractive, extremely lightweight, and easy to play. The neck-through body construction carved from a fine piece of walnut enrich the tone of this instrument, which is dark, rich and lush.

Truly a handmade instrument, the ETJ violin is carved out of a single piece of wood. It was carefully hand varnished in a multi-day process, which not only adds to the complexity of its tone but gives it a gorgeous organic sheen. The result is a very light design that produces a natural sound, rich in harmonics, highlighting the warm vibrations of its highly resonant wood, perfect for expressing the nuances of traditional violin playing.
