Musical Blue Waters covers return shipping costs only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
- Musical Blue Waters is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the item may be returned to the customer without a refund.
